The Lions are collecting used but still usable eyeglasses. Check for collection sites in town or ask a Lion. These are recycled and distributed by Lions International, helping to conserver sight throughout the world.

The Grand View chapter recently improved the roadside by the city park, along Roosevelt Ave, between Boise Ave and Main Street. The drain ditch has been piped and filled in and trees have been planted The paved walkway is next.
